Father's Day

Happy Father's Day! Above is a picture of my husband Keven with his dad and my dad after our wedding in 2006. It's the only picture I have of the 3 of them together.

To my dad: Thank you for teaching me so many things. From how to dance in the kitchen to how to put together a bookshelf; from driving to how to treat my kids right; from how to cook chili to well so much more. Thank you for loving me and for extending that same love to my kids.

To my father-in-law: We miss you but your legacy lives on through your kids and through your grand kids. I wish you could have met our 3 and I wish you could see your son walk in your steps as a Father. But thank you for raising your son right and giving him footsteps to walk in.

To my uncle: Thank you for being a pseudo-dad to me all of my life. Thank you for all of the laughter and lessons that you taught me and for just always being right there.

To my 3 brother-in-laws: You are all men of integrity and amazing father's right where you're at. Each of you brings something amazing to your own family and to mine. Thank you!

To my husband: Thank you for being an amazing Father to our kids! You are compassionate, loving, kind, and you are teaching them what it means to be compassionate, loving, and kind. You are modeling who our daughter's should marry and who our son should grow up to be. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to raise our children with.                                                                                           To my son: You are already such a wonderful little brother and big brother right where you're at. I know God has great big things for you and I hope one day that includes being a dad too.
Happy Father's Day to all dad's out there: Enjoy this great video!
